این عطر همان چیزی است که عطرهای پیرو روند «استتیک پاک» امروزی آرزویش را دارند.

عطر آبی دلپذیری است. یک نمونه‌اش رو تو یه فروشگاه دست‌دوم پیدا کردم و دارم لذت می‌برم. کمی مایل به مردانه است. نوت‌های صابونی دارد. گاهی ممکنه کمی تلخ حس بشه.
باز شدن عطر با رایحه هندوانه سلیقه‌ام نیست، اما خشک‌شدنش واقعاً لذت‌بخشه.
نصف یک شیشه برای فروش دارم.
این یکی از اولین عطرهایی بود که مالکش شدم. سال دوم دبیرستان یک شیشه‌اش را خریده بودم و می‌خواستم چیزی «بالغ‌تر» از اسپری‌های بدن رنگی و شیرینِ «فانتزی بدن» داشته باشم که معمولاً دستم بهشان می‌رسید. از این عطر روی دیگران لذت می‌بردم، اما همیشه حس می‌کردم روی من کمی خیلی تند است و هرگز به خوبی با شیمی پوستم سازگار نشد. روی من بویِ تهاجمی و سنگینی از آلدهیدها، مشک سفید و چیزی شبیه به پنبه می‌داد. هیچ‌وقت نت‌های گل یا میوه‌ای عطر را روی خودم حس نکردم (بعدها فهمیدم که خربزه اصلاً روی من جور نمی‌شود). روی من بویِ «تمیز» و تا حدی گل‌مانندی می‌داد، اما در نهایت موفق نبود. کمی شبیه به عطر «رویای» گپ بود. بعد از اینکه تمام شیشه را مصرف کردم، دیگر یکی نخریدم و به دنبال نت‌های عطر مناسب‌تری برای خودم گشتم. عجیبه که الان ببینی این عطر در سایت‌های فروش دست‌دوم چقدر گران فروخته می‌شود!
هنوز بعد از نزدیک به ده سال، برای کنار رفتن این عطر داغدارم! تمام دوران دانشگاه ازش استفاده می‌کردم و هر بار که می‌زدم، احساس زیبایی و سبکی خاصی داشتم. همیشه هم تعریفش رو می‌شنیدم. نظریه‌ای دارم که شاید شیمی بدنم با بعضی عطرها غیرمعموله، چون دو تا دیگه از عطرهایی که عاشقشون شدم—استلا از استلا مک‌کارتنی و کرم بوکه استایلا—هم کنار رفتند. حالا کلوی ادپ رو دوست دارم، اما همچنان به دنبال عطر خاصی مثل ترو استار می‌گردم!
این اولین عطر من بود وقتی پانزده سالم بود. فکر می‌کنم یکی از دلایلی هم هست که الان اینقدر عطر دوست دارم. چرا؟ چون هنوز یادم هست وقتی این عطر رو می‌زدم، چقدر تعریف از بوی خوبی که داشتم می‌شنیدم. همین باعث شد عاشق این شوم که عطر چقدر می‌تونه آدم رو خاص و زیبا احساس کنه. کاش همچنان تولیدش می‌کردند. عطری ساده، دوست‌داشتنی، تازه، تمیز و بی‌زمان بود که هر روز می‌شد زد. روی پوست من بوی گل‌های سفید تازه، سبک و هوادار با کمی مشک شیرین می‌داد. اگر هنوز تولیدش می‌کردند، دوباره می‌خریدمش. الان تو ای‌بی می‌بینمش با قیمت‌های دیوانه‌وار.
این عطر رو دوست دارم! بویش خیلی شبیه به گوست میست (Ghost Myst) از کاتی (Coty) هست.
عطرهای کمی با شیمی بدنم سازگارند. اما «ترو استار» روی من فوق‌العاده بود! بویی نرم، زنانه، تازه و تمیز داشت. اگر تولیدش متوقف نشده بود، هنوز هم ازش استفاده می‌کردم. همیشه تحسین می‌شدم بابتش. قبل از «ترو استار»، حتی یک شیشه عطر هم تمام نکرده بودم. زود از بوها خسته می‌شدم. اما سه شیشه بزرگ از این عطر را مصرف کردم. هنوز هم به دنبال عطری هستم که مثل «ترو استار» دوستش داشته باشم و اینقدر با شیمی بدنم جور باشد.
این عطر تو سال‌های ۲۰۰۵–۲۰۰۷ که می‌زدم، خیلییییییییییییییی خوب بود! 😍 نمی‌دونم چرا این همه نظر منفی گرفته—آها، بله، می‌دونم… چون مربوط به بیونسه! 😒 این دلیلی نیست که از یه عطر بد بگید. من خریدمش چون بوی خوبی داشت و از تامی هیلفیگر بود، و تو دههٔ ۹۰ هم از «تامی گرل»م آنقدر استفاده کرده بودم که دیگه هیچی ازش نموند! اون زمان‌ها، سلبریتی‌ها توی تبلیغات عطرها نبودن (حداقل به یادم نمیاد.) این عطر یه چیز منحصربه‌فرده—قول می‌دم! هیچ عطر دیگه‌ای مثل این نیست، حتی تا حالا هم هیچی پیدا نکردم که بوییش شبیهش باشه، و این باید یه نقطهٔ مثبت باشه تو دنیایی که پر از کپی‌ه. من آخرین ۱۵ میلی از بطری دوم ۳٫۴ اونسی‌ام رو نگه داشتم 😩 میخوام وقتی فرصت شد، یه بطری دیگه بخرم.🤞 این عطر برای اوناییه که بوی تازه دوست دارن. تو بهار و تابستان بزنیدش، حتی زمستون و پاییز هم میشه! برای همه فصل‌ها مناسبه. **ویرایش ۰۸/۰۹/۲۲:** اگر می‌خواید این بو رو داشته باشید و نمی‌خواید برای یه بطری تولیدشده هزینهٔ زیادی کنید، با ۲۰–۳۰ دلار می‌تونید «داین فورستنبرگ سانی» رو بخرید! دقیقاً همون بو رو داره.
این اولین عطر من بود. قبلاً شیفته بیونسه بودم، همین‌طور بود که متوجه این عطر شدم و خیلی دوستش داشتم. خیلی ناراحت‌کننده که تولیدش رو متوقف کردن... :(
تقریباً یادم نمیاد، اما وقتی این عطر عرضه شد، تو بخش عطرفروشی کار می‌کردم و کاملا شکست خورد. فکر کنم «ترو استار گلد» رو بیشتر از این دوست داشتم. بوی این عطر مثل یه گل شیرینِ فوق‌العاده بود، اما حتی شیرینی خوبی هم نداشت—حتی بیونسه هم نتوست فروشش رو بالا ببره.
تنها عطرهای که تا حالا دور انداختم. سعی کردم ازش استفاده کنم، اما واقعاً بدبو بود. سال‌ها تو مجموعه‌ام نگهش داشتم. اخیراً تصمیم گرفتم دورش بیندازم، چون به فضاش نیاز داشتم و هیچ ضرری نبود. بوی هندوانه، آب و چیزهای بدمی‌ده. مثل اینه که ضدعرق تو دهنت بره. بوی تازه‌ای داره، اما تلخ و آزاردهنده.
گل پیچک (Lonicera periclymenum) + هندوانه، یا گل اشرفی (Primula auricula). **رنگ:** آبی آسمانی **موسیقی:** Air – *All I Need* **ویرایش:** هنوز به دنبال عطر مشابهی می‌گردم. اخیراً حتی نت عطر *True Star* را در خوشبوکننده هوا «امبی پور» با رایحه *Blossom & Breeze* (!) پیدا کرده‌ام. این شیرینی عجیب گل‌مانند «آسپارتامی»...
یک شیشهٔ نسبتاً قدیمی از این عطر دارم و توی دفتر امتحانش کردم. یکی از همکارهام از «بوی تازه»اش تعجب کرده بود، ولی دیگری گفته بود اصلاً بدبوست. وقتی درش رو باز می‌کنم، بوی شیرین‌بیان مخلوط با خوشبوکنندهٔ دستشویی می‌آد. نوعی فلفلی‌شدگی هم کنار ملون (هندوانه/خربزه) درش توسعه پیدا کرده. اگر خوب بو بکشم، کمی بوی ازنی و دریایی هم حس میشه. شاید عطر کهنه شده و تغییر کرده. ولی حتی وقتی اولین بار خریدمش، واقعاً دوستش نداشتم. به سلیقهٔ من (که بوی صابونی و تازه دوست ندارم)، این عطر یک شکست کامل بود. تنها نقطهٔ مثبتش برام حس و حالی‌ست که وقتی می‌زنمش به خودم دستم میاد—برمی‌گردم به روزهایی که با دوستانم توی راهروهای آرایشی داروخانهٔ «لنگز» محلی‌مون معلق بودیم.
بویی سبک و دل‌نشین دارد که عجیب‌تر از آن، اعتیادآور است. چیزی تازه و پاکیزه درش هست. دوست دارم آن را با عطر «گل یاس وحشی» از بات اند بادیز لیرز کنم. اول با ژل دوش گل یاس وحشی دوش می‌گیرم، بعد لوسیون گل یاس وحشی می‌زنم و در آخر با ترو استار تمامش می‌کنم. این ترکیب بویم را فوق‌العاده تازه می‌کند و برای روز یا شب آماده‌ام می‌سازد.
۳۰ اکتبر ۲۰۱۵ واقعاً بد بود. خیلی وحشتناک.
معاونم امروز این عطر رو سر کار آورد و کمی اسپری کرد. بوی خوبی داره، ولی به نظر من دقیقاً مثل عطر *شی* از ریولون بوی میده، فقط ملایم‌تر و تندتر نیست.
عطر خوبی بود. واقعاً ناراحتم که تولیدش رو متوقف کردن. ولی یه عطر مشابه پیدا کردم—«ناشی بلاسم و گریپ‌فروت صورتی» کیلز. خیلی یاد «ترو استار» می‌اندازه.
خیلی ناراحت‌کننده‌ست چون دیگه هیچ‌کجا نمیشه پیدا و خریدش... من واقعاً عاشقش بودم!!!!! آیا کاملا تولیدش رو متوقف کردن؟؟؟
متأسفم که همه اون نظرات منفی رو خوندی. من تو دبیرستان این رو می‌پوشیدم و همیشه تعریف‌های زیادی دربارش می‌شنیدم! من برعکس، واقعاً دوستش داشتم :)
«ستاره واقعی» عطر خوبی برای تابستونه. من حتی اینو بیشتر از «تامی گرل» دوست دارم.
«تامی گرل» و عطر ورزشی‌ش رو دوست دارم، اما این یکی واقعاً افتضاحه! افت-ضاح!! جدی میگم، فقط تهوع‌آوره! خوشحالم که پول زیادی بابتش ندادم!
مین‌جون باید برام می‌فرستادش. ترو استار اولین عطر زندگی‌ام بود و هنوز هم عاشقش هستم، متأسفانه تولیدش متوقف شده… انگار دقیقاً با شیمی بدن و شخصیت من جور درمیاد. جدی، مطمئن اما تازه. پخش‌بوی خوب و ماندگاری عالی داره، قطعاً مثل بعضی عطرهای امروزی خفه‌کننده و آزاردهنده نیست. برای هر ساعت از روز مناسبه.
خیلی بد بود. تقریباً پر بود که دورش انداختم. حتی فکر کردن بهش هم حالت تهوع بهم دست میده.
این یک عطر تابستانی دیگره. خیلی تازه و تمیز.
واقعاً نمی‌دونم چجوری توصفش کنم جز اینکه وحشتناکه. واقعاً همین‌قدر بدیه. هیچ‌کدوم از نوت‌های توصیف‌شده واضحن، و حتی ترکیبشون هم بوی خوبی نمی‌سازه. بو میده گرم و کپک‌زده، مثل چیزی که کهنه شده. حتی می‌تونم بگم شبیه ادرار گربه‌ست و دارم اغراق نمی‌کنم. مشکل از خود عطر نیست، چون دقیقاً یادمه سال‌ها پیش وقتی اولین بار از یه فروشگاه معتبر خریدمش، همین واکنش رو داشتم. خرید کورکورانه بود و چون بیونسه داشت تبلیغش می‌کرد، فکر کردم ارزش داره. اشتباه کردم!
این یکی از اولین عطرهاییه که تو زندگی‌ام داشتم. بوی تمیز، مرموز و شگفت‌انگیزی داره. احتمالاً تنها عطریه که با نام بیونسه می‌خرم.
من قبل یه نمونه از این عطر داشتم، و صادقانه بگم با دیدن نوت‌هایش باورم نمیشه آلدئیدها یکی از نوت‌های اصلیش باشن. معمولا آلدئیدها رو دوست ندارم، اما این عطر روی پوستم واقعا خوشبو و ملایمه. خیلی نرم و تازه و ماندگاری بالایی داره. واقعا زیباست و نظر منفی‌ام رو درباره آلدئیدها عوض کرده.
فقط برای پوست من مناسبه و ممکنه برای بقیه کاملا متفاوت باشه: اولین باری که اسپریش کردم، تنها چیزی که به ذهنم میرسه بوی کارتن خیسه... اما صبر کنیم. وقتی توسعه پیدا می‌کنه، وای... فکر می‌کنم این عطر اولین عطریه که واقعا دارم تلاش می‌کنم یه نقطه مثبت توش پیدا کنم. بعدش به چیزی شبیه آب گلدان کهنه‌ای تبدیل میشه که گل‌هایش توش پوسیده. شاید – و اینجا دارم خوش‌بینانه فکر می‌کنم – بعد از اینکه آرام گرفت، یه بوی کمی دلپذیر ازن‌مانند یا دریایی حس میشه؟ خواهرزنم به عنوان کادو برام آورده. شاید ازم متنفره... جدی میگم، داشتم فکر می‌کردم که شاید خیلی سخت‌گیر نیستم و هر عطرایی که بویش به مشامم میرسه دوست دارم و میخوام همه‌شون رو داشته باشم. این یکی قطعا یه استثناست. تابستان‌ها ازش برای فراری دادن مگس‌ها استفاده می‌کنم – اگه تابستانی تو انگلیس داشته باشیم.
I Love this fragrance. Unfortunately you can't buy it anymore (at least in the Netherlands). I've had this as a gift from my cousin in 2004. I'm not sure I would have bought it myself, but I loved it since the first moment I used it. I always get compliments whenever I wear this fragrance. It may smell very strong, but it becomes powdery and lovely on the skin.
my wife was given this junk to her by her own sister who detested it.the alde mix with musk makes you want to puke.sorry no go on this one.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE FRAGRANCE OF ALL TIME. It smells so sexy on me, and everything turns powdery... this ones notes are strong enough to counter that, and I get comments EVERYWHERE I go. even the grocery store. I have been wearing this since it came out in 04.
This was awful, it gave me a huge headache. I had to give it away, unfortunately she also hated it. It has very strong and sharp notes that hurt my nostrils. I wouldn't recommend this.
I was in love with this parfume in 2005 but I had no money to buy it. So I bought it last year and now I am wondering why did I love it so much? It gets bitter on my skin... Im thinking to sale it.
I really like this fragrance! It's light and fresh yet grounded - perfect for work and summer when you don't want anything too cloying. Tommy Hilfiger scents have never been my thing before this one - Tommy Girl is instant headache and overbearing to my nose but this is just right. And for the price, why not?
Interesting to see all these negative comments. Guess it just worked well with my skin back when I bought it. I got compliments all the time.
I really enjoy this scent, I mean it's not one of my favs but it most definitively doesnt deserve all the negative comments IMO I think its nice just not to die for.Overall 7.5/10 for me.Lasts long too.I can smell it on my clothes next day.
My, my, do people ever hate this one... I got it as a gift a few years ago from a male who is basically clueless about fragrance. I don't hate it but it would not have been my first choice, it has a... unique aroma. Luckily, it seems to work fairly well with my body chemistry, sure it smells synthetic (aldehydes after all), but I don't get the hairspray/cleaning solution/bug spray scent other people report, it's a soft, sweet smell on me. I can't detect any honeysuckle or citrus from this myself, just an opening blast of aldehydes followed by a sweet musky melon dry down with a vague hint of floweriness. Like it, but don't love it.
I really really hate this! I've got this as a gift when I was about 15 years old and one day it got stolen but I wasn't at all sorry. It starts off very green and citrusy, then becomes bitter :( it's not warm or fresh or icy cool as the color suggested. Overall it smells very synthetic like burnt plastic :( Sillage and lasting power is average, not too bad. bottom line: don't waste your money, it smells awful.
I have no idea why this perfume smelled so good that I wanted to own for myself when it first came out. Almost all the girls were wearing it and after like 5 years I bought this for the sake of good old times and I don't know what to say. The note that I was longing for is there but also there's a very synthetic smell to it. It's a real love/hate one. Maybe it'll get better after an hour or two.
Perhaps i should have checked on fragrantica before purchasing it. This has a very pungent aldehyde note to it. The non-fruity citrus only accentuates it, a headache causing fragrance for me. Overall i cant see the targeted market liking it, i find it quite synthetic however do believe it all depends on chemistry. It s a LOVE/ HATE fragrance. On me it smelt like musty old skin, drenched in embalming fluid. Not a good smell :(
True star is the one perfume that i will always love.. it has a low key smell.. dosent shout "hey i am here" and my oh my is it classy.. the one perfume i dont minde spending my last money on.. thats jus how much i love it..
What you have here is expensive hairspray that doesn't even work to hold your hair in place. In other words - useless! A very artificial and synthetic scent that called to mind a cheap hairspray. It may get better in the dry down, but I had to throw out the tester card. I'm sorry, but there is not a base that is good enough that would make enduring the opening of this worthwhile.
I had a sample of this scent when I was younger that I would occasionally wear. I didn't like it much then, but I didn't dislike it either. I recently tried this one again, just for old time's sake, and I found it quite unpleasant. It smells very artificial to me. I'm not sure why this fragrance is classified as floral fruity. On me it smells sharp, artificial and generally cheap. Unless your chemistry somehow makes this amazing, I would skip True Star.

I can't even describe how awful is this. It's headache and nausea inducing and the worst part is that it lasts. I smelled car air fresheners that were better than this.

Oh how I loved this perfume when it ist came out I was only a wee girl then and I loved my ist fragrance, it smelt fresh and clean. But now I dont like it anymore and when I spray it it makes me sneeze for a full minute.
Another stinky one that Beyonce is advertising. Does she have no taste in scent? Or does she not care ?

This is just so bad!! I thought it would be a clean, fresh scent but it has a nasty chemical scent that makes you dizzy. It reminds me of laboratories for some reason, a very sharp antiseptic note. Don't bother.
Yet another fragrance that smells like a cleaning solution. :( How is this classified as floral fruity? There is nothing floral or fruity about this at all! Just pure cleaning chemicals with a hint of lemon to take the edge off. Will be scrubbing this one off, too.
It is rare that I find a fragrance that I can't wear at all. This one was bad going on and even worse as it dried. It left a horrible chemical burn smell.. Kinda like when you burn the hair off of your legs with nair.
I was just given a bottle of True Star and matching lotion set from a friend for Christmas. I actually like this and I can see by the reviews that I am definitely in the minority. On my skin it is citrusy and a tad sour-which I like. I don't really detect any musk and nothing about this smells like hairspray or dust to my nose. It reminds me of Nautica and Calyx and L'eau D'Issey so I guess I would classify it more as a green or aquatic.I have this on with the lotion so maybe that makes a diffrence- I think its refreshing and will save it for spring and summer when I want something light and refreshing.
this is lovely, can smell the melon the most. I think it's young and easy-wearing. Perfect for beach.
Is this perfume, hairspray or glue? This is really an odd smell, kind of chemical and not soft and clear like I was hoping. I do get a slight note of Tommy Girl in this. To put it bluntly, it was a "scrubber" for me.
I smelled this perfume many times: It is light, icy, body lotion or shower gel for summer like. Nothing special.Light. Don't hold long. But may be some teenage girl would like it for the morning shopping.

I like it - to me it smells like sea water that dried on my skin. But I can agree it is not a smell to remember.
This can be a little heavy if you use too much.It is distinctive but,if it doesn't mix with your chemistry,it may be distinctive in a bad way.
I read a review from someone somwhere about this one: 'it smells like an oatmeal'...I don't know does it reminds me of that, but I would never wear it nor will buy it again...I got sick of it after the first wearing and gave it to my mother...Too much of everything sharp in it, very synthetic and unflattery
I like it. It is not my favourite, but it is nice, sportive,long-lasting with gratefully sharp notes. The melon scent is dominant after few hours. As for me it suitable for spring.
there isn't anything special in this perfume excluding the name and Beyonce - i wanted to buy it only because of this but when i smelt it it was so sharp and unlikely for my conception of Beyonce. I don' t find anything fruity in it.
I bought this perfume online for his bottle , name and colour.... and i was wrong :) ....it's a floral perfume but nothing special , it's not icy , not worm , it's something between ... i don't regret but it's not my type , has nothing special , distinguish ...beyonce has a influence on womans to make them to like this scent ...alsou the name etc :) it's a nice perfume and good for summer
How on EARTH is this filed under floral fruity? There is NOTHING fruity about this scent
I have a soft spot for True Star since it was my First fragrance back in 04' :). Beyonce Knowles is what attracted me to it. I still have my bottle, but it's almost gone. This and Luscious Pink by Mariah Carey are my favorites! This smell reminds me of the Ocean :)
This is a wonderful,fresh fragrance. It is fruity yet clean like linens on a sunny day. The floral notes are not too strong and the fruity notes are not too sweet. It is well balanced. Flirty,fun,fresh, a great fragrance for Spring and Summer. Delightful!
I like it is very fresh and light but nothing too special (and yes smell a little bit like plastic). :)
Alas, another celebrity fronted fragrance only by namesake and the rest, well no say at all most probably, during the composition of the juice right up to the final product. I have no idea what has happened between Beyonce's coloboration with Tommy but she has since fronted Diamonds by Armani. Nothing great about this fragrance for me to comment though.
A nice, fresh and youg summer perfume. I got it as a present, I wouldn't have bought it. It is ok for everyday and sports, but it is too simple and plain for a great event, like a gala or a concert. Good for teens.
I really liked it at first....after a few hours of wearing it started to have an overbearing scent...I gave it away to my neice and it smells wonderful on her :)
